Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after your purchase is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your delivery address.

During peak seasons, sales events, and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Please note that shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and courier delays.

During busy periods or holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays in transit and tracking updates that are outside of our control. International shipments may also be subject to customs inspections or delays, which can increase delivery times.


Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete shipping details may result in delayed processing or cancellation of the order.

If our system detects an issue with your shipping address, our support team may contact you via email within 3 business days to verify your information. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand how frustrating lost or stolen packages can be. Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is under the responsibility of the courier service.

We also recommend contacting the courier company directly to file a claim, as many carriers require additional information from the recipient during the claims process.

  • Cozylure is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in transit.
  • Lost or stolen packages are not covered under our refund policy.
  • Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement package at our discretion.

If the courier is unable to locate the package, you may also consider filing a police report if necessary.
